I own lil MNTA from last year, a bit of Arna..that's it..just letting them marinate..I'm not going to ASCO this year..I love Chicago but even in June, it's too daggon hot and humid for me..aging sux! I recently had a Reuben(my fave eat-out sandwich too)..I treat myself to one about once a year..I lather it with too much Russian dressing to indulge more than that..it was perfect..what made it perfect was the very thinly sliced corned beef which was oh, so tender..and a thinly sliced pickle..yummmmm..
