If it were in the interest of the shareholders they would have gotten consent 60 days ago when they filed the first time.....they did not receive enough votes to approve it then, therefore it is my contention that it is NOT in the best interest of the preferred holders to convert to the NEW preferred propsal.....they will vote it down again, and this time the company only has 40 days left until the convertable preferred is dumped on the open market (over 9 million shares) at the maximum discount on Nov. 15th........see you then.......;^)
