Ovis' transfer agent resigns TransSecurities International has resigned as transfer agent for OVIS. This means that OVIS shareholders will no longer be able to transfer their shares. Those shareholders, who followed Riley G's advise and took physical delivery of their certificates, are now TRAPPED!!! Everybody else can sell their shares at any time, except Riley G's disciples. OVIS may have trouble getting a new agent given the Company's established practice of illegally issuing restricted shares as free trading. You shouldn't have to hear this from MAWORK1, Riley G and OVIS should have told you. Just like Riley G and OVIS should have told you that Olympus Mills was closed.
