Al,

Do not delete your .WSX files, the problems lies in the registry.

As for the serial# issue, its security relies upon generating
unique serial numbers. I know it's a pain for folks who
re-install their O.S., however, I needed a home-grown security
scheme in order to keep costs low. Unfortunately I know
from experience that shareware authors that do not have
registration incentives will get very little return on their
development time.

Question for you all- Would you be willing to more for WSX if
you were was more regular updates and support? If yes, what
do you think is a reasonable price?
