LOL! Well, that's a good "starter smoker"! Steve went a little nuts on his...but he's loving it and making money I think. We bought a little smoker a few years ago...this conversation is kinda flinging a cravin on me to smoke something. (that and the fact the freezer got hung open somehow and I have a bunch of stuff to cook or toss!)
