Couple of stocks had small pops, and I decided to trim positions:
BIOS, WMS, GTI.

Nervous and suspicious of TCHC management--- that transferred and morphed to HELE (its management being discussed and disparaged here in earlier posts), and I decided to cut my few HELE shares remaining (11/2002 purchase) by 1/2 today.

My stub position of LNN is just too small --even for me -g- --, and I decided to just rid myself of it.

I cut back clothing retailer AEO a little today. I decided I want to diversify a little here, and want to substitute one of the other clothing chains that's beat down for some shares of the better performing retailers. (Maybe a buy of a few LIZ on Monday)

Fwiw, I continue to cut back my high cost shares (2005 purchases) of Ultra Petroleum (UPL), a stock in which I have a position.

I'll take a short-term taxable loss in GNSS (flat panel chip maker). Recently the company reported not a good year or quarter. (I was in 5/8/06 @ $13.29; sold @$8.96 today). Company has $5/sh in cash, and according to Yahoo, no ltd. I'll continue to hold shares bought 1/17/07.
