For one thing, provide tax disincentives for your company to keep their operations here. Also, provide tax incentives for them to keep training you so you can do more than an Indian worker. I don't have all the answers on this, but I do know that for the last several years, our government has been concentrating more on the corporate bottom line than on the workers' paycheck. That includes Clinton and NAFTA. -Z
