Some of the old timers are aware of my long, long, term pick, like 15 years, of a stock for reclaiming the components of waste tires. It requires melting tire shreds at 400 degrees constant with a little proprietary chemical to create a reaction and the seperation of oil and carbon black in the process. My comment of rubber burning relates to that. The EPA is close to approving the construction of the first reactor in this country. I understand the technical review is complete, and the EPA is writing the permit. The release of that permit will trigger several reactions.
