What I find rather odd, if not disgusting, is that a small company in my state of Iowa (Iowa Telecom Services - IWA) is doing so well and Covad, a much more nation wide and bigger company, has yet to do much of anything. This company provides similar services (phone service; long distance and DSL) in a small rural market. And yet, it has a PPS north of $21 and pays a $1.62 divvie to boot. Perhaps some of you more tech savvy/Covad watchers can 'splain this to me. Jak
