A question for US based folks : - I lived in England for 6 months, when the Mad Cow Disease scare was rampant there - got real cheap beef in the stores to eat then!! - I have been told by friends in the US that becoz of my stay in England at that time, I can not donate blood in the US anymore. - Can anyone with knowledge of this aspect let me know if its true or false ?
