I think my wife has gone nuts. She had a 10 yard dumpster delivered and is doing another house empty. Things like a dozen Hummel figures tossed into the dumpster. We have a very nice walkout basement that is only used for laundry, freezer and water softener. Fully carpeted, dry walled and drop ceiling. It's all getting ripped out next week and replaced. Mostly my stuff is getting tossed, another ploy to move me out. 4,000 sq ft home I paid cash for and I only use 200 sq ft.
