Hi Craig,

I wish to thank you very much for your post which revealed the existence of the text "What is Fibre Channel." I just got mine today via USPS.

I used the url which you posted (and which follows as part of this post), and an Ancot rep called me the next morning. He was very personable and professional and just called to find out why I had requested the text. I "fessed up" and told him that I was a small investor and a member of SI and that I had hoped that my understanding and knowledge would increase by reading it. He responded very favorably.
