1) Acquisition of Mentisys mentisys.com (a software company that has contracts with Citigroup) The Mentisys product line will be greatly enhanced by Exobox’s technology, allowing the Company to capitalize on Mentisys’s contacts and existing business relationships to quickly enter and develop new markets.
With only the Mentisys Acquisition that is mentioned in the 4/24/07 8-K, Exobox will have license agreements with Citigroup and other companies. Too, this deal will make Exobox partners with HP, Oracle, IBM, BEA.
