Fed cuts will blow up the carry trade; it will be fun to watch the market reaction to them. It seems all the king's horses and all the king's men are unable to lift the buck now. This fun the Fed promotes will end up in a complete currency fiasco. Watch the 10- and 30-year rates sky then. Do you really think stocks will go to the moon? -ggg- Skying rates will blow up the derivative pyramid.
