I could do commercials for Cold-Eze. I realized last Friday, about mid morning, I was catching a cold. I immediately started with Cold-Eze and took one about every 2-3 hours. I increased my vitamin C by about 4 fold and added some aspirin for the aches. Today, 4 days later, I'm free of all the aches and most symptoms. I still have an occasional cough, but I am so much better. It really pays to jump on these things the moment you suspect it coming on. I'll stay with Cold-eze for another day or two.
