Just a quick LOL!.. The analysts were all upgrading at $2 and are now downgrading at $1. Shows how much they know. They don't have any excuse at all here - Covad has an extensive track record and is not a complicated or volatile business at all. In a pretty dynamic market, the company is remarkably (painfully?) predictable. That anyone gives weight to what they say, let alone makes buy/sell decisions based on their ratings, shocks me. In most cases, I think it's just a scam and that those in the know buy when they say downgrade and sell when they upgrade. Easy way to make money off weak hands. The ratings are also a way to stay in line for financing business. IMO Andre
