Given management's recent track record I can't help but wonder what the catch is...

1. Resource is NOT 43-101 Compliant - will need more $ and time to get it to that level.

2. Resource is relatively small for a producing mine, only 500,000 ounces of historical.

3. Mine is a heap leach facility which tells me it is low tech with low (60% to 70%) recoveries depending on the metallurgy and the crushing/grinding. A Full FS might show that a complete grinding and CIL system could increase recovery. Of course that would mean Capital & Construction.

4. CMM is banking on the possibility of finding more gold in the ground and likely increasing production. However at the pace they've been operating I wouldn't bet on increased ounces until 2010. Unless going to 3 8-hour shifts means more gold production.
