My paper trade for this week:
Bought 10,000 CIPH $1.15

That ought to be the price I'd pay
Bid 1.13 x 700 Ask: 1.15 x 10200

Keeping in mind that this is only on paper!
Not sure I'd have the guts to do it in the real world.
Eyeballing the chart, seems to bottom out around a buck
each time, so could go a dime or two lower. Well,
it could go a buck lower for all I know!
