AND was organic chicken used. In Pennsylvania where I was reared we had stewing chickens. So named and with fat breasts. I don't see stewing chicken any longer in the markets..

Also I never used the Morton Kosher Salt.. What kind of container does it come in.

We can direct this entire discussion to Jewish Penicillin as that is what good home made chicken soup has come to be known of in my circles..
