No and I don't. If no one in the world had "free" health insurance, better yet if no one had health insurance at all, you would have a much better system. (The assumption being that people who absolutely couldn't afford necessary health care would get charitable or government aid). But you can't get 'there' from 'here'.

I used to have the same conversation with a golf buddy doctor. He told me over and over, the only solution is single payer. It's the only way out of this mess.
