Yup, no Gates, and that's one problem; they only cleared 15M from the ipo and had to give away 2.5M shares.

It was the Crohn's project that I liked too. And the eotaxin project for asthma, sorta.

ICOS was built around Mike Gallatin (and Tommy St. John), who came out of the Weissman/Butcher hotbed. Gallatin was the first to demo a homing molecule (lymph node HEV). Butcher is Vice-Chair of the LKST SAB. So, there are good reasons why LKST should remind you of ICOS.
