its the law in most GCC countries that walking around topless is against the law. So I fail to see your defence of this situation. On another point you raised re Prostitution : Sure prostitution is an industry in India, but the activity is done behind closed doors. Try kissing a person in public - if caught - u risk 3 months in jail.
