Oh how awful! I don't understand it either. We had someone in our old neighborhood who hated kids. We have three communities in our small town that cater to adults. Grandkids can spend the weekend only so many times a month, things like that. You know about those, they're popping up all over the place. The only reason I could think of as to why this person didn't live in one was because he loved to torment kids and their parents. He certainly had the finances to live where he wanted to but he picked a neighborhood full of kids.
