The Company is not providing detailed GAAP or non-GAAP financial results for the quarter at this time because the Company has not yet completed its previously announced restatement of certain historical consolidated financial statements........ The continuing options mess doenst make me particularly happy, but I dont see much impact on the stock unless somebody in senior management is forced out. The market has rightfully looked past these problems for the vast majority of the companies as it has no impact on forward earnings. I will say that it does have some impact on the level of trust I will have in management going forward, but unfortunately the backdating of options was so pervasive in tech that it is tough to find entirely clean management. Those that were clean likely made other mistakes that look hideous in hindsight (particularly in investing shareholder cash). Very few came out of the bubble looking good.... Slacker
