C.w.: One of my closest friends is a prominent entertainment attorney here, in Los Angeles. I asked him about Kushner Locke...and his response was, "They're a bunch of scumbags." The standard English translation of his reply is: "I don't do any business with them, and they're making money." Turns out that one of the principals in K-L was a partner in the firm my friend (also a former partner) recently left. I'm going to pump him for more info.
