There is no doubt that Roe v. Wade is the law of the land.

Any Supreme Court decision (no matter how flawed)
is the law of the land. That is not an arguable point.

Plessey v. Ferguson was also the law of the land from
1896-1954! no doubt about it!

My argument is that Roe is a flawed decision.
Many liberal pro-choice legal scholars have the same
view that I do (see my earlier post).
