DAVID & ALL The way I interpret 144s in these situations is, NEWS almost ALWAYS follow. Insiders register to sell at the right time, when news is rolling out. I don't have a position in GIFT but did in the past and made a killing. Was ready to buy this morning but instead went with JWC on P-ALERT that I received for a business week article. I might be able to pick up some more info. on GIFT the next few days, if so will report. Good investing
