On the other hand, both Islam and Australia's compulsion are from the same concept of The State and Collective vs the individual.

In Oz and Islam, the individual shall do what the boss says. In free places, people decide for themselves what they'll do and not do. Not that there's anywhere I'd call free. But some are more free than others.
