My impression is, after carefully reading the proxy and other filings that the bonuses are figured twice a year, 40% based on Jan -June and 60% July through Dec.. They would not, in theory, know til the end of Dec if they even were getting bonuses or how much. Right? And the differences between cash flow and earnings aside, removing $6.8 million from this companys quarterly bottom line at this time seems dumb. Folks are sweating about cash burn, this would have reduced that cash burn to a measely 2.5 million or so, and all the folks making dire predictions would have to find something else to grouse about. Do you think they set money aside each quarter in expectation? If that is how it's done then I'm sorry I picked on them. A little. It still seems dumb, and dumb not to prepare folks in advance.

It does sound like things are on a sound footing and that by this time next year this will be a completely different company and prospect. I'm just so sick and tired of next quarter, next year. My luck they'll finally get their asses in gear and an earthquake will swallow them whole!

Good Luck All
