The filing was done on July 17 1997. Company details are provided in the prospectus of the company (available at Volpe or First Albany). Sorry but I don't have other details. I am just analysing the type of transaction for the first day and I found ther was a lot of volume in the morning. I am not very knowledgeable of these IPO... but there seem to be a lot of people looking for short term (1-2 days) profits... Personnaly I think that tool oriented companies (COGIF, PTUS, VIAS...) will see ther full potential in Jan - Jul 98 period and systems integrators (KEA, IMRS, EDS...) will see there full potential later (fall 98 and 1999) when major testing activities will start. Any comments?
