Sorry ... I forgot to post about the meeting ... I have been buried with projects.

I don't recall this being discussed during the shareholder meeting. I was probably one of the only non-board-member attendees of the meeting.

The meeting was fairly cut and dried ... covered the voting issues - which passed - and then discussed some of the current financials. Darl then did a short business presentation which covered the state of the UNIX licensing business, and the new Me, Inc. mobile communications initiatives.

I know that I didn't ask any specific questions about the delisting, however I did inquire about this in relation to the Novell lawsuit. Outside of the formal meeting I asked the date of the Novell trial, and the thoughts on the Judges requirement to address any additional filings prior to that date. The Novell trial date is mid-September, and so from my own estimations, the Nasdaq deadline falls beyond the starting trial date of the Novell lawsuit. I was curious about this as I wanted to understand the timing of any possible news to the delisting threat.

P.S. I have an additional buy order in at $.80 ... 1000 more shares. My order at $.75 didn't fill.
