Hello, Isn't THM past due to file their 10K? If my understanding is correct, a company has 60 days from the end of the fiscal year to file a 10K. Perhaps someone should call the company and ask them what the holdup is. However, this failure to file a 10K doesn't seem to be hurting the stock price. It's a bullish sign when a stock reacts positively to bearish news (the failure to file a 10K). Let's hope the price trend continues and that they produce a beautiful 10K - I'd hate to see them get delisted. Good Luck, Jetson
