ANX is starting to look like the real deal as all of the gnta, dndn, idti, and other biotech stories are coming back to earth.

I keep thinking about all of the anemia warnings the fda is issuing against jnj and amgn for their products. Gives me a lot of hope that Cofactor can be a disruptive technology for chemo by increasing efficacy and eliminating anemia and other side effects.

The conference call from Fortis and the EPS call were amazing. 5 Products in registration trials this year, and the company has not signed any global licensing rights. This leaves tremendous opportunity for shareholders.

Look at ISIS and BMY. BMY paid $15 million as a signing bonus and $9 million for clinical trials. They are paying the big bucks, $168 million for regulatory approval. Hell, ANX is almost halfway through their phase 3 as enrollment is completed by next summer. In the meantime, the company has phase 2 b data from Europe in a few weeks and interim phase 3 data coming out for the 300 patient study in 2008.

They don't need any financial assistance to get through the trials, and the partners will be taking much less risk since they already have a good idea what the data looks like. This will give Adventrx much better negotiating terms with Icahn at the table and a viable first line chemo drug which is being used in 80 of first line treatments today - leucovorin.
