You're right Joe. I have never seen anything quite like this. I would like to see the shorts squeezed to death, if they're illegal. I just have a little trouble with Riley's numbers. The Transfer agent resignation is a bit puzzling. I cannot answer Riley's assertion that the old TA is not AMEX "certified", whatever that means. I don't know that that is a requirement. But I will find out. Seems strange.

I understand the motivations of the Magellan people. Hell, they're probably short and are trying to tell you why. You can believe or disbelieve them. Have you called LA to check out whether or not this is a real suit? Have you checked the SEC statutes to see if their allegations about illegal finings and stock issuance are correct?

Do you really believe AMEX listing is guaranteed? Have you checked out AMEX listing requirements and how they might apply to OVIS? Have you checked with an accountant to determine the "phony acconting" claims are true?

I have posted many things, particularly from the financials. Are they untrue? They certainly could be construed as negative, IE the company has no cash.

Now, instead of financials, we get a merger. The complications are mounting. I don't know what all of this means, but it may be time to take a step back and ask yourself whether or not this looks logical. I know you all want the short squeeze to work. I'd love to see it work. But there are a lot of new variables, some of which I believe are designed to confuse investors. That confusion is not confined to the company. The California boys have some confusing issues as well.

For my 100 shares, I have a lot more questions than answers right now. I have seen things like this happen in other BB stocks. Let's face it. Everyone wants to be on the "legitimate" exchanges. But very few ever really make it. The odds do not favor this issue as well.

You tell me why "the best run business in this industry" (RMCW) doesn't have anyone answering the phone. And the number refered to in the phone message is answered by an answering service. I am told that Mr Nichols, whoever he is, makes cigar clips for golf carts.
