Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing. On May 3, 2007, the Company received written notification from NASD that the Company is delinquent in its reporting three times in a 24-month period under NASD Rule 6530(c) and is ineligible for quotation on the OTCBB for one year. The Company has until May 9, 2007 to file an appeal of the NASD Staff's determination that the Company was delinquent. The Company has no plans to appeal the NASD Staff's determination. The Company expects its common stock to be traded on the PinkSheets© quotation system under the ticker symbol SPRX.
