B.W. Thanks for your post. I had not looked into this stock prior to last night and only looked at the Edgar filing. I do not own any shares but some people asked me to read the filing. You have found a reasonable explanation as to the need to raise cash in the 10q <The Company's continuing operating losses have left it in a materially weak cash-flow position, one effect of which has been that the Company has been unable to develop its more profitable Paradise Bakery system as rapidly and extensively as it has planned to do."> Investors seem to have given the JAVC plan a thumbs up signal so far.
