I wasn't trying to imply that the drug companies are evil, or that they aren't interested in curing cancer. I was only saying that the profit motive does remain in force with Big Pharma, as well it should given that these are publicly traded companies.

I'm not one of those who believes that if a cheap and effective cure for cancer were found, the medical establishment would kill it.

DCA does look like it might hold some promise, and I'd be surprised if the drug companies aren't already at work looking into it.
