Im not sure that you are right about the chinese betting not happening. If they can prevent their signal from being stolen, i believe the content provider has a big edge. In other words-if you want to watch the race you need to bet through me. or they sell their signal to a chinese marketer for part of the wagering handle. either way its a winning situation.
