I think what you're doing is safe enough. Especially since you don't drink much. That would be dangerous for your liver. Shirley is the same way. We have a glass of wine or a margarita, but only if we go to dinner. Never any booze for lunch. I'm about over my cold but can't figure out what these abdominal cramps are all about. They come and go, but never go away.
