Daytrading is the way to go if you have the resources. It is my goal to start daytrading in a year or two. Right now I have limited resources, but the trades I have been making will help me accumulate the capital required. I have come to realize there are many variables to daytrading and the biggest one is volume. If volume is not there, a trader may have trouble getting rid of the block to make it worth the while. I have many a 'paper trade', that if I did have the capital, dealing with 5k blocks would have gotten me some real good money. The biggest virtue I have learned in my year an 3/4 of trading is patience. I'll need it before I have my two computers, one with real time quotes and the other with an ISDN line to the net for quick financial analasys and placing my trades. Until then I will read, observe, and learn. Thanks to all for your informative posts.
