The question is, "Is there really a pony in here somewheres?"*

The tape says there is.

No question, AMD has and had showed strength in the last
time. When you ask me, some big buyers seem to think, that the
next turnaround is just around the corner. Most of the "old"
things were said and I can't add new thoughts, but its my
strong feeling, that the market overestimates AMD possibili.
in the near timeframe. June will be critical, but when we
see the current quarter, volume will not go up overall. Thats
a nice phrase - all hints show more -5% QoQ and notebooks are
again on the better side, which is Intel main strength. When
I look again at the new Yahoo estimates, the numbers still come
down. Q2 is now at -0,84$, which is imho too "good". I expect
minimum 1$ loss. Q3 stays now at -51C, which mainly depends
how much K10 volume they could ship in Q3 already. When you ask
me, that number is also a high hurdle. After that I couldn't
see, but also when AMD could reach near zero numbers, why
should the stock stay at 14$ with falling book value and
again decreasing cash level? I have to give AMD much much
credit to justify these current levels and I can't - sorry.
