The transfer agent resignation is very interesting I agree. The resignation can be looked at from the OVIS's and the TA's perspective. If the TA felt the company was doing something illegal all they would have to do would be to tell the SEC, their responsibility would have been met by doing that. OVIS perspective: We fired the TA, imagine running out of special certificate paper, when it is your job to have it on hand. TA perspective: Well, I was going to resign so you can't fire me. Besides it really is a royal pain to print all those certificates. Kurt
