[On the Record] “BCIT.” We were advised by DTC that it would not provide settlement services for transactions in our common stock due to the existence of Invalid Certificates. We currently believe that DTC will once again provide settlement services for transactions in our common stock once the Stock Certificate Litigation is resolved, although there are no assurances DTC will do so. See “Legal Proceedings.” sec.gov
