He's speculating how the problems might become worse, and how the US may become possibly less democratic, but particularly much less free He had plenty of room to speculate on those matters, but he didn't. He hasn't shown any concern in the past for human freedom. Given his writings, his concern is most likely that money will become less free. In other words, he is calling for a Latin American-style military coup for the same reason it always happens in banana Republics - because money doesn't want to be held accountable to people. He worries that democracy will increase, threatening capitalism. Tom
