Question: how 'relevant' is Tony Blair at the moment?

Generally the closer a pol gets to edging out the door, the more people LOOK PAST him to the *next* person who will wield the power of office.

(And, with accelerating loss of public support, and a clicking clock counting down to exit from office, and the campaign in both Parties to come up with the replacement for him nearly at full steam now... then the direction is clear.)
