Kurt,

You have to realise that EVERYTHING that happens to OVIS is "very strange" to Michael. That is his crooked way of sowing doubt. If he were neutral, he may ask "what impact does this have on the OVIS Cartel proceedings?". There is not one IOTA of positive in OVIS/Rocky Mountain to Michael. He doubts that Rocky exists! Even though grocery stores have their products on their shelves.

Was the TA going to stay with OVIS indefinitely??? All I care is that OVIS trades (don't care if it were halted), and a new TA will be in place soon. Michael, your reply goes like this - "Rashid, you know sometimes it could take weeks for a new TA to be found"

If any certs are at risk it is only those that have been requested by brokers but not printed. And a call to the old TA shows they are taking no more cert requests. They don't have a backlog in limbo. This TA thing is a non-issue.
