Bryce, I agree RoTech better off on its on in my opinion. I voted no, but doubt it will be turned down by shareholders because of the large block controled by insiders. However, value line didn't exactly endorse IHS on its own. It endorsed IHS assuming it acquired RoTech. It is still my opinion that IHS is creating funny money by accounting for the merger as a purchase instead of as a pooling of interest. I just don't like all the debt they have. I do agree that at the present price it is better to hold than to sell, but that is because price was inadequate to start with in my opinion and IHS has been depressed. Maybe IHS is a better company than I realize. They did negotiate this deal.
