Huh? Its very straightforward. If you can't understand I don't know how I can make it any simpler for you. Edit - Actually while the idea is straight forward my expression wasn't perfect. My "huh?" had nothing to do with your expression. We have so many missiles of every kind we don't know where to put them all. We have enough to obliterate the world several times over. Enough with the missiles!
