Cyprian > he does effectively show the Evolutionists to be anything but scientists. Their evolutionary theory is nothing but pure faith. There is no true science behind it.

I obtained a degree in Zoology in the 1950s and I learned then what evolution was about. And, as any one who has studied it knows, it's very easy to pick holes in the theory of evolution -- the basic weakness in understanding being, of course, what drives it.

But having said that, the existence of the fossils is undisputed and their aging by radio-carbon and other forms of dating is beyond reproach. That's certainly not a thumb-suck nor is the aging of the rocks in which they are found. The theory of evolution merely connects the dots, so to speak. It provides an argument, and often a weak one, for what was found. Some people use it as a basis for disbelief in God. I don't.

My argument is with religion, all religion, which I believe is a man-made hoax based on superstition. I will not even attempt to speculate about the existence of God or what many believe is God because it is beyond my ability to do so. Nor will I speculate about what the universe is and who or what made it?
