Clinton was the first who fired all the prosecutors at one swoop. Bush didn't when he came into office.

Some of those fired are known to have been lax on death penalty, immigration, low dollar drug smuggling cases. Seems appropriate to fire them. They certainly don't own their jobs but can be fired at any time for any reason.

Clinton really showed that.
